Getting Ready to say “I Do”

Marriage, the union between two souls before God, I love it! When I was “getting ready to say I do,” I admit, I was a little overwhelmed. I wanted everything to be perfect. I especially wanted my husband to think I looked perfect. He must have, because we are still together to this day. Love is one of my many passions. To show others love and to be a servant unto them is what drives me. It is my pleasure to get you ready to say “I do.” When you’re getting ready to say, “I do,”  you should try not to get stressed about the wedding plans.  Stress will induce over eating and binge eating.

Chances are you will feel some tension, therefore, you need an outlet.  Excercise is proven to relieve stress.  I can feel a major difference in my attitude, mood, food selection, energy level, and overall ability to accomplish every day tasks when I exercise.  Buff Brides Fitness is going to get you ready to say “I do.”

First, take off all your clothes and look in the mirror, front and back.  Pin point target areas that are your main focus and write this down.  When you have your complimentary consultation, we will discuss these areas. We will then measure your BMI and take your measurements. It’s so exciting to see those inches shrink! I will e-mail you with your weekly results, this will motivate you to work even harder.

Secondly, get mentally prepared to begin your new lifestyle.  Subscribe to health and fitness magazines, not just bridal magazines.  You will be amazed at how incredibly motivated you will become. Talk to your friends and family and let them know the exciting new change you are about to make. They may even want to join you.

Third, talk with your future husband and let him know that there will be some positive changes happening, but only for the best.  Let him know you are still a very confident woman, you just want to be healthier for yourself as well as him.  If he needs a little energy boost, I can give you some info to help him get active. You two will have so much fun making memories together while becoming fit.

Fourth, go shopping.  Grocery shopping that is.  I will help you with your weekly menu for your grocery list  according to your budget and taste buds. Don’t forget, I have plenty of recipes on the website to choose from and I add to them once a week.

Fifth, GET ACTIVE!  Call your friends up and find something active to do.  It may be a sand volleyball game at the park, bowling with the family, hiking, riding your bike down the river walk, white-water rafting, or maybe just walking around the neighborhood.  Whatever the activity is, just do it!  This will allow you to feel a boost of energy immediately.
